| The hamlet |
The hamlet, a tourist-residential complex that perfectly blends into the
landscape, was designed by Luigi Vietti, designer of projects in Porto Cervo
and many villas in Costa Smeralda and Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Warm colours and sandstone are used to reproduce the picturesque fishing
villages: small streets, "volti" (this is what the subways of the old hamlets
were called in Muggia), porticoes, gardens, the square and promenade.
350 apartments overlooking the Gulf of Triest, each one being unique, immersed
in the greenery, but most of all on the seashore: in fact thanks to a privilege
granted by the Hapsburg Empire in the nineteenth century, the houses are built
close to the sea.
The quality of the materials and the finishing touches guarantee the utmost
comfort in the apartments that are available in various sizes with large
terraces offering a splendid view of the port and gardens, and fitted out so
that they are also suitable for the winter season.
